The mission of Undergraduate Women in Business (UWiB) is to advance the next generation of female business leaders through encouraging their individual development as professionals and assisting in the exploration of multiple career opportunities. UWiB cultivates meaningful relationships within and beyond the undergraduate community by hosting professional speakers, providing networking opportunities, organizing skill workshops, and promoting awareness of challenges that women face in the workforce.
